Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They contain important information about your rights, obligations, and our warranty policy.

1. Introduction

Mega Acc offers email and social media accounts created and managed by the company to help customers save time. By using the website and placing an order, customers agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice
  • The most recent version is always available on the homepage
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

3. Definitions

  • Account: Email, social media account, or other digital product provided by Mega Acc
  • Customer: Individual or entity purchasing products/services
  • Payment Gateway: Third-party service provider processing payments
  • Balance: Funds available in customer's Mega Acc account for placing orders
  • Order Code: Unique code assigned to each order for verification and support

4. Payments

Payment Methods

  • All transactions processed via third-party payment gateways (crypto, e-wallets, cards)
  • Company does not store or directly process payment information

Payment Gateway Responsibility

  • Issues like failed payments, double charges, or disputes must be resolved directly with the gateway
  • Company is not responsible for technical errors outside their system

Payment Confirmation

  • When invoice marked as PAID, customer's balance updates automatically

Transaction Finality

  • Once invoice is PAID and balance updated, transaction is final and irreversible
  • Customers responsible for ensuring correct payment details before confirmation

5. Order Codes

  • Each order receives a unique Order Code
  • Do not share the Code with anyone
  • Use the Code when contacting support

Important: "We provide support to anyone who presents a valid Order Code"—sharing enables unauthorized access. Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding their Code.

7. Warranty & Refund Policy

  • Each product has its own warranty period stated in the description
  • If no warranty stated, a 24-hour warranty applies for invalid accounts only
  • After warranty period expires, no claims accepted
  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase for replacement claims

Company Not Responsible For:

  • Accounts lost due to low-quality proxies or logging multiple accounts under same IP
  • Incorrect payment addresses or transaction details entered by customer
  • Failure to change password, enable 2FA, or update recovery email after purchase

8. Privacy & Security

  • Company respects privacy and keeps information confidential except when legally required

Customer Responsibility: "Customers are fully responsible for illegal usage of accounts" including spam, scams, or abusive messaging.

9. Storage of Account Information

  • Account credentials stored for short time only
  • Customers must download and save credentials immediately after purchase
  • Once deleted, credentials cannot be recovered
  • Customers responsible for keeping credentials private and secure

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability does not exceed amount paid for the specific order
  • No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits

11. Termination of Service

  • Company may suspend or terminate services if fraudulent activity suspected or accounts used unlawfully
  • Customers may stop using services anytime, but refunds only issued under warranty policy

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Mega Acc and customer, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
