Complete User Guide

To start using MegaAcc, you'll need to create an account. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Registration Page

Click the Sign Up or Register button on the homepage.

Step 2: Fill in Your Information

Provide the following details:

• Email address: Use a valid email that you can access
• Password: Create a strong password
• You have to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Step 3: Email Verification

After submitting your registration:

1. Check your email inbox for the verification email
2. Click the verification link in the email
3. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder

After your account is verified successfully, you can login your account at MegaAcc

If you have any problems sending the confirmation email, you can go here to send again

Signing In

Once your email is verified, you can sign in using:

• Your registered email address
• Your password

In case you forgot you password, you can click Forgot password? on Sign In page

Before purchasing products, you need to add funds to your account balance. MegaAcc supports cryptocurrency payments.

Step 1: Navigate to Top-Up Page

After logging in, go to your account dashboard and click on Top-Up or from the header > Your account > `Balance`.

Step 2: Enter Deposit Amount

Specify the amount you want to deposit in USD => click Top Up with Crypto

Step 3: Select Cryptocurrency and Network

After clicking Top Up with Crypto button, you will be redirected to Cryptomus page => you choose the currency you want to use at Select Currency section

Then, you click Proceed to the payment button

1. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, USDC)
2. Select the correct network (e.g., BEP-20, TRC-20, ERC-20,.. )

Step 4: Complete the Payment

After selecting your cryptocurrency and network:

1. You will receive a wallet address and QR code
2. Open your cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance)
3. Send the exact amount to the provided wallet address
4. Or scan the QR code with your wallet app

Step 5: Verify Your Balance

Once the payment is confirmed, check your account dashboard to verify your balance has been updated.

Now that you have funds in your account, you can browse and purchase products.

Step 1: Browse Product Categories

Navigate through the product categories on the homepage or use the search function to find specific products.

Step 2: Check Product Details

Click on any product to view detailed information:

• Product description and specifications
• Current stock availability
• Price per unit
• Product features and included items

Step 3: Checkout and Confirm Order

1. Click "Checkout"
2. Review the order summary
3. Read and accept the Terms and conditions
4. Click "Confirm & Pay" to complete your purchase

After successfully completing your purchase, you can access your purchased accounts and products.

Step 1: Navigate to Orders Page

Go to your account dashboard and click on "My Orders" or "Orders".

Step 2: View Order Details

On the Orders page, you will see:

• Order number and date
• Product name and quantity
• Order status (Completed, Processing, etc.)
• Total amount paid

Step 3: Download Account Details

To access your purchased accounts:

1. Click on the specific order
2. View the account credentials and details
3. Use The "Download" button to save account information
4. Save the file securely on your device

Step 4: Order History

You can always return to the Orders page to:

• View past purchases
• Re-download account information
• Track order status
• View transaction history

Account Security Best Practices

• Use a strong, unique password for your MegaAcc account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available
• Never share your account credentials
• Log out when using shared or public computers

Transaction History

You can view all your financial transactions (deposits, purchases) in the "Transaction History" section of your account.
