Should log in on their phone using the username and password.
(Quick tip: Use the email instead of the username. Some Arabic accounts display characters in reverse, so entering the username might trigger an error.)
Once you’re signed in on your phone, the system will send a verification code to your email or phone.

Many Hotmail accounts will require you to add a recovery email.
Just use one of your existing emails so you can reset the password later if needed.
Go to your email inbox and grab the verification code.
