Apple ID (2023) accounts do not include security questions, so you’ll need to enable 2FA when logging in.
Receiving OTP:
When prompted, select “Didn’t get a verification code?” → choose “Send to phone number” to receive your OTP.
Account format:
ID | Password | (No original mail, original mail has been disabled, no security questions)
Important Note:
Logging in with too many IDs per device/day (over 10 Apple IDs) may cause a temporary lock.
→ To avoid this, limit daily logins and use App Store login (it won’t ask security questions).
→ Add your own phone number after login to secure the account.
→ Logging in via App Store or Report app does not require answering security questions.
1-for-1 replacement within 3 days for issues like “Not Active” or Wrong Password.
Warranty ends after successful login, but the shop will still provide ongoing support.
If the account is locked due to logging into more than 10 IDs per device, we’ll help unlock or guide you through self-unlocking steps.
No warranty / No refund in the following cases:
Spamming iMessage or Mail.
“Contact iTunes Support” errors (since login was successful).
Enabling or upgrading 2FA after login.
Changing Apple ID information after login.
